Pairing the AfterShokz - Aeropex:
1. Start with your headphones turned off.
2. Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding volume+ for 5-7 seconds. Audrey will say “Welcome to AfterShokz.”
3. Continue holding volume+ until the LED light flashes red and blue.
4. Open your device’s Bluetooth settings and select “Aeropex.” Audrey will say “Connected.” Your headphones should now be connected to your device.
Resetting the AfterShokz - Aeropex:
A manual reset can help resolve some sound quality issues. To manually reset your headphones:
1. Start with your headphones powered off.
2. Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds.
3. Your headphones will turn on, and then the LED light will flash red and blue.
4. Press and hold the multifunction button, volume+ button and volume- button simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. You'll hear beeps and/or feel vibrations.
5. Turn your headphones off.
6. Your headphones are now reset and can be re-paired to your device. If this does not resolve the issue, please file a warranty claim here.

- Start with your headphones turned off.
- Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the power/volume+ button for 5–7 seconds. Your headphones will turn on, and then the LED light will flash red and blue.
- Press and hold the multifunction button, power/volume+ button and volume- button (all three buttons) simultaneously for 3–5 seconds. You’ll hear 2 beeps and/or feel vibrations.
- Turn your headphones off.
Your headphones are now reset and can be re-paired to your device.
