3. Sawako basks in the joy of greeting her friends. Later, she volunteers to make an attendance book as requested by Pin, the temporary homeroom teacher.

4. A rumor spreads that Sawako is insulting her classmates Yoshida and Yano. While the two laugh off such claims, misunderstandings begin to occur.

5. Feeling bad for causing Yoshida and Yano trouble, Sawako puts some distance between her and her friends. Kazehaya confronts her about how she feels.

6. Sawako gets into a fight with a student who is gossiping about Yoshida and Yano in the bathroom. Just as things heat up, Yoshida and Yano appear.

7. Yoshida and Yano invite Sawako to a ramen restaurant run by Ryu’s family. After eating, the girls hang out in Ryu's room and invite Kazehaya over.

8. As attitudes toward Sawako begin to change, Yoshida and Yano insist she call them by their first names. Pin foists a challenging task on Kazehaya.

25. Fed up at the shrine, Ryu tries to go home but Ayane stops him from leaving. Sawako and Kazehaya ring in the new year together and draw fortune slips.

2. As a new semester begins, Sawako finally starts settling in. She makes Valentine’s Day chocolates for Kazehaya, but she hesitates to give them to him.

3. Starting a new school year, Sawako is thrilled to be in the same class as her friends. Kazehaya is frustrated by Kento, who sits next to Sawako.

4. Sawako feels too nervous to act normal around Kazehaya. Meanwhile, Kazehaya confides in Ryu, worried that Sawako will fall in love with another guy.

5. Unable to comprehend Kazehaya’s words, a dejected Sawako walks home. Kento tries to offer Kazehaya some advice but ends up angering him instead.

6. Sawako’s class decides to create a "Sadako's Black Magic Café" for the upcoming school festival. Ayane helps Chizuru get ready for Toru’s wedding.

7. Believing that Kento has made Sawako cry, Kazehaya grabs him without thinking. He then confesses his love to her, but she misunderstands how he feels.

8. Kazehaya tells Ryu how his confession to Sawako went. Overhearing the two talk, Kurumi runs off to confront Sawako and give her a piece of her mind.

9. Amid preparations for the festival, Sawako and Kazehaya continue to grapple with their complex feelings for one another. Kento’s words shock Sawako.

10. Wracked with nerves, Sawako steels herself in front of Kazehaya. Struggling to utter each word, she expresses the feelings she couldn't before.

11. While preparing for the float parade, Sawako ruminates on her encounter with Kazehaya. The next day, he makes a bold declaration in front of everyone.

12. At the festival after-party, Kazehaya shocks his classmates by confirming that he and Sawako are an item. Pin’s meddling causes a misunderstanding.

13. Kazehaya’s many admirers are shocked as word of him dating Sawako spreads across the school. A concerned Sawako breaks the news directly to Kurumi.
